Cost Effective Expansion and Low Cost of Highly Skilled Workforce - With over 1,000 employees in North America and global operations both in Europe, the United States and Mexico, Conesys has recently expanded capacity with a new facility in Tecate, Baja California. Conesys considered not only the cost of labor, but the quality and skill of the workforce available in the region. Tecate is now part of Conesys’ manufacturing division focusing on molding as well as assembly.

Proximity to headquarters in Torrance, CA and to major US customers, are the features of the region for the specialized connector manufacturer. Conesys now adds its name to the northern border region’s roster of 60+ aerospace and defense companies, which includes global leaders such as Eaton Aerospace, CUBIC and Lockheed Martin.
One of the main features that influenced our selection of Tecate for the new facility was its proximity and ease of the closest US border crossing.
